Habitat: Pond basin on dry to somewhat moist silty soil in mixture of herbaceous seasonal wetland and freshwater marsh communities being invaded by upland species. Site dry this year but usually inundated until late in the season.

Description: Annual. Occasional along borders of basin, more common in the north basin.
