Description: Annual, with several basal branches. Ray corollas yellow with dark brown-purple adaxial base and transparent abaxial basal trichomes. Styles dark brown-purple. Disk flowers with yellow corolla, dark brown-purple on abaxial lobes (a dark, flattened to clavate appendage present in some heads). Anthers yellow basally, dark brown-purple apically. Pollen orange.
