Habitat: Cliff face of intermittant creek, soil between rocks. Steep, north facing slope. Open. Mixed herb (incl. Dichelostemma capitatum, Mimulus guttatus, Sidalcea malvaeflora, Polypodium californicum, Nasella pulchra). Surrounding Artemisia californica - Salivia mellifera scrub.
Description: Annual herb. In flower and early fruit. flowers yellow. Note: bracts ca. 10, 1-4 mm long; calyx lobes triangular, +obtuse; styles>3x longer than calyx.
